or even valets for the ritzy rich

No fifty crafted specialty brews on tap,
coolers are filled with friendly names
like- Bud, Miller, Coors and light friends
and a token tap for Sam‘s… Boston brew.

As to recession… they’re doing quite well
plus their food is damn good too.
