Does the color of light from red to blue to green effect the rate of photosynthesis?

I have been sick for about two weeks with a feaver, headache, sour throat, and more and haven’t been able to finish my science homework. If anyone could help me out, that would be great.
I need to know under which color light would the rate of photosynthesis be highest and which would be lowest out of the colors red, blue, and green. I’m really sorry that I have bothered everyone with this question but it would mean a lot to me if someone would please help me out.

Read the reference to get an understanding of what’s going on. In general, the color a particular plant reflects reflects the wavelengths of light it is not absorbing to power its chemical reactions. Not all photosynthesis engines are green, so the answer would depend on the particular organism. You need to understand the reference to give an accurate answer to the question. Hopefully your teacher will learn something.
