Macdonald Scottish

Who are the current Scottish clan chiefs?
I believe the 3 biggest clan families are the Macdonalds, Campbells and the Macfarlanes.
Does anyone know the names of the current chiefs?
and if possible how i may be able to track them down!?
Thanks in advance for any help.
