Kitten plays catalyst in Raleigh love story
From the word go, Nancy knew what she wanted in life. She was very sure that she didn’t want to marry just another uninteresting, almost inert qualified corporate man who would spend half his life nurturing his profession and living. And it even was never her notion of a blissful marriage to escort her husband at one of those dreadful but his [important official get togethers. She was an absolute dreamer at heart and wanted her soul mate to be fairytale superman, who would come atop a horse and be physically brawnyand commanding. She wanted a diligent and hard-working guy whom she could trust all her life. When suddenly , she was asked by her dad to stroll down to the local Raleigh Plumbing Shop, little did she know that she would cross path with someone who would turn her life. When she reached the plumbing store, she saw one middle-aged lady, looking really troubled, her tiny kitten had slipped into the terrace water reservoir and the tank cover came slamming down, thus closing the tank and jamming it. The lady was on the watch of a bold, gallant Raleigh Plumber who could save her darling kitten from drowning. As Nancy watched helplessly and mutely prayed for someone to come out and volunteer to save the kitten, A young, dashing man, of about 24-25 years came out of the adjoining room and asked the lady to take him to her house. The generosity exhibited by the young plumber instantly captivated Nancy’s heart. She silently got the component she was wanting to purchase, and quickly moved out and waited to get a peek of the caring man. After standing there for about 20 minutes, the plumber came back, with a smile on his face. Nancy was swift to guess that the kitten was alive. She marveled at the new and sudden admiration she felt for Raleigh Plumbers. Before sheleft, Nancy got on to her feet and walked up to him to applaud him. Five minutes after both exchanged pleasantries, they had exchanged their telephone numbers. Nancy just got to know that it was just him for her- benevolent, smart and compassionate.
