Doll Trim

Can anybody identify this item?

I have looked EVERYWHERE…and I cant find anything like it. It is a porcelain-faced blond doll,wearing a plaid lace-trimmed dress with a yellow ribbon around the neckline, sitting on top of a music box. When the music box is wound up, the dolls rocks back and forth slowly to a tune that I can’t name!! There are no visible markings on her. Can anyone tell me who she is and what she may be worth?
