Care For Rabbits

Planning on adopting a rabbit for your young child?  You may want to reconsider.  Young children and rabbits often do not mix well.  Young children are loud and at times are very unpredictable in nature.  This can and will cause your rabbit stress that could result in a heart attack.

Young children usually do not know how to handle rabbits with care, they will want to hug and play with the rabbit.  Untrained rabbits don’t like being hugged, they have very sharp claws and strong back legs, which they are not afraid of using to get out of anyone’s arms.

Rabbits can really make wonderful pets, they can easily form a strong bond with their owners, and often do.  If trained well, and has a lot of human interaction, then your bunny can be a real pleasure to be around.  Like other animals, rabbits do best when exercised daily, has human interaction and attention.  This makes them less likely to be scared of you.  If you plan on being away from home a lot it may pay to look at another sort of pet.

When adopting your rabbit, it pays to check out the breeder and the parents.  You want to see if the parents have behavioural issues, if they do then its likely that your new rabbit may turn out to be like the parents.  So do not be in a rush to adopt, otherwise you could live to regret it.

Before you adopt your bunny rabbit, it pays to invest in a good bunny rabbit care guide.  This will ensure that you have all the correct information before you adopt your little bunny.  Bunny rabbits are not low maintenance, they require daily care and training to ensure that you have a well adjusted and well behaved bunny rabbit.

Many things out there can lead to an early death for your bunny.  Knowing how to look after your rabbit properly before you adopt him or her, is the best insurance against their lives.

It’s always a small surprise to revisit this movie and realize what a subtly dark performance James Stewart gives as an alcoholic who claims he keeps company with a six-foot-tall, invisible rabbit. As Elwood P. Dowd, the actor emits a faint whiff of decay and spirits, yet Stewart also embraces Dowd’s romanticism and grace with splendid ease. Based on a hit play and directed by Henry Koster, the fi…
