Lose the fat – feel the fitflops

I think I have just seen gods gift to women! Shoes that you can wear that are both comfortable and help to tone and trim your legs – Fit Flops. According to reviews, they are great if you have a back problem or aching joints too~So the Media say, Fit Flops are great for back ache and pains too~Back issues, and painful joints can be relieved, so we are led to believe by the hype~According to the hype, sores and aches (especially back) can be relieved by using FitFlops~Fitflops appaerntly can help with a sore back and aching joints}.

Apparently, when you first buy them, you should only wear them for 3 hours maximum a day as it really is like having a bottom work out. They are marketed as the flip flop with the gym built in.

FitFlops are currently selling like hot cakes due to the sudden change in season (I can see some sunshine through my office window) and I’m still deliberating whether to buy a pair.

Having learnt to walk and talk, my toddler still loves me to carry him – putting a lot of strain on my poor back and causing problems. I could also do with shedding a pound or two which I haven’t got round to losing since my pregnancy. I have to say that I am concerned about spending my hard earned cash on this latest ‘gimmick’.

I managed to avoid Uggs long enough to realise the disgusting state that they got into after wearing them for a while. In fact, perhaps after a long winter of Ugg wearing and treading down the back of your boots, FitFlops are what you need to sort out your posture again!

Before investing, I might get my mum to check them out under the guise of a mothers day present.

Blue and yellow and green and pink and more, Fit flops are in a widely ranging variety. FitFlop have had interest from shoe manuafacturers as large as hi-tec to create a saleable fitness shoe.

Men, be warned, they are currently coming for your bum fat too. I bet my dad will be really grateful for his fathers day present this year.
